For our sustainable phone cases to biodegrade, three essential conditions must be met:
Moisture: A certain level of moisture is necessary for the biodegradation process to kick off.
Temperature: The ideal temperature for biodegradation lies between 58~60℃.
Microorganisms: The presence of microbial bacteria is crucial as they help break down the material.
Industrial Composting
Under industrial composting conditions, these three factors are optimized to accelerate the biodegradation process. Industrial composting plants maintain a moisture level of 90~95% and have enough microbial bacteria to reproduce and decompose materials in large numbers.
